UAB Profitsystem Export (Reg. No: 304578079, VAT No: LT100011622113, A. Gostauto g. 8-358, LT-01108, Vilnius, Lithuania) acts as data controller within the meaning of the EU GDPR for all personal data processed via caloro.co.

1. Data We Collect

• Identity and contact: name, email, hashed password
• Health metrics: age, sex, weight, height, fitness goals — entered voluntarily
• Usage data: meals logged, courses watched, features accessed, session frequency
• Billing data: subscription records; card details handled exclusively by Stripe
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, OS

2. Legal Bases and Purposes

• Contract performance — to deliver and personalise the subscription service
• Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security and prevent fraud
• Legal obligation — to comply with Lithuanian and EU law
• Consent — for optional marketing communications (withdrawable at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to any third party.

3. Data Recipients

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure provider — hosting and storage
• Analytics tools — pseudonymised usage statistics
• Support tooling — customer support communications (Tawk.to)

All processors operate under written data processing agreements. Where processors are outside the EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

4. Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoicing records retained 10 years under Lithuanian accounting law).

We apply TLS encryption, password hashing, and role-based access controls. No digital system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
